Saumon Grillé: Fresh grilled salmon served with a mix of zucchinis, roasted almond, and Mediterranean sauce. Enjoy this dish preferably with a Sauvignon Blanc white wine.

Quinoa salad: A medley of quinoa, bell-pepper, pomegranate, tomato, cucumber, onion, fresh herbs, and feta cheese. A Chardonnay white wine will be delightful with this dish.

- Domaine Auzias Chardonnay (France)

With Red Wine

Beef Filet: Piece of beef served with salardaise potato and a choice of sauces. Tastes great with a Shiraz or a Merlot or even a Grenache red wine.

Brand(s) you may consider:

- Lindeman's Bin 50 Shiraz (Australia)

- Baron Phillippe de Rothschild Merlot (France)

If you're feeling adventurous try our Saumon Grillé (grilled salmon) with a light red wine like Sartori De Verona Bardolino (Italy).

With Rosé Wine
