Three-Course Thai Wine Dinner: A BWT Member Exclusive

We invite you to our Chef's Signature Pairing Series at the sleek Soul City restaurant in Oakwood, UB City. Chef Altamsh approaches food with an unwavering dedication to deliciousness. At this wine dinner, he will be recreating some Thai classics, which you can relish over three courses. Experience the subtle flavors, textures, and aromas of Thai cuisine along with three elegant wines that we have thoughtfully paired.

This event is exclusively for BWT members, their families, and friends. You can customize the tickets for each guest or repeat your email while you buy the tickets. Registration closes on 9th April 2021 at 7:00 PM. Seats are limited. Each group will be seated separately.

Crispy-fried lotus root chips in sweet chili sauce

Succulent chicken in Thai marinade, wrapped in pandan leaves and deep-fried

Wok-flashed asparagus, broccoli, and water chestnut with holy basil served with a savory mushroom mousse and green pepper rice

Country-style barbeque chicken in Thai herbs and Nam prik yang accompanied with yellow curry sauce and jasmine rice

Hor Mok Pla (NV)

Grilled Thai curry fish custard made with Red Snapper steak wrapped in banana leaves and served with jasmine rice 

Dessert: Paired with Kādu, Shiraz, Rosé Wine (India)
