About the Event
We invite you to our new edition of Chef's Signature Pairing Series at Oakwood, UB City. This time, we have teamed up with Chef Altamsh Patel and his crew to bring you the sublime flavors of Japanese cuisine over a three-course wine dinner. Enjoy three elegant dishes along with three wines that we have carefully matched with each course.
This event is exclusively for BWT members, their families, and friends. You can customize the tickets for each guest using their details or repeat your email while buying multiple tickets. Registration closes on 17th September 2021 at 7:00 PM. Seats are limited. Each group will be seated separately.

Horenso Gomaae, a traditional Japanese spinach salad in a savory nutty sesame sauce, drizzled with chili-oil and sil-gochu (chili threads)

BWT WINE DINNER @ OAKWOOD
A set 3-course Japanese dinner + 3 wines. The total serving of wine will be 450 ml approximately. The food and wine package is for 1 individual and cannot be shared. This offer is valid for individuals above the legal drinking age.
