About the Event

We invite you to our new edition of Chef's Signature Pairing Series at Oakwood, UB City. This time, we have teamed up with Chef Altamsh Patel and his crew to bring you the sublime flavors of Japanese cuisine over a three-course wine dinner. Enjoy three elegant dishes along with three wines that we have carefully matched with each course.

This event is exclusively for BWT members, their families, and friends. You can customize the tickets for each guest using their details or repeat your email while buying multiple tickets. Registration closes on 17th September 2021 at 7:00 PM. Seats are limited. Each group will be seated separately.

Chef's Special Amuse Bouche:

Horenso Gomaae, a traditional Japanese spinach salad in a savory nutty sesame sauce, drizzled with chili-oil and sil-gochu (chili threads)

Veg sushi platter of 4 varieties (1 Cucumber + 1 Avocado + 2 Mushrooms)

Non-veg sushi platter of 4 varieties (1 Prawn & Crab + 3 Fish)

Miso Glazed Tofu (v) 

Silken tofu marinated in miso butter, crispy fried and served on a bed of star anise-infused, slow-cooked creamy shiitake mushroom and accompanied with Yaki Soba noodles

Shiromi Sakana Ankake (nv) 

Delicate Pomfret fillets marinated in a traditional sauce, rolled, and gently grilled in a salamander oven. Served with a light vegetable broth drizzled with chili-oil and accompanied with Yaki Soba noodles

Tori Teriyaki (nv) 

Tender, juicy chicken thigh, glazed in a classic teriyaki sauce and served with dashi-marinated vegetables, minced chicken cabbage roll, and Yaki Soba noodles

Paired with Sensi, Collezione, Pinot Noir, Trevenezie Red Wine (Italy)

Dessert

Matcha Tiramisu

A charming fusion of Japanese rich matcha green tea and the classic Italian dessert served in a traditional wooden box called ‘sho’

Paired with Lancers, Rosé Wine (Portugal)

  • This experience is valid for individuals above the legal drinking age.
  • Members can book tickets and bring along their friends and family to enjoy this three-course wine dinner. Separate tables will be allocated for each group.
  • This dinner package includes a 3-course meal and 3 glasses of wine. The total serving quantity of wines will be 450 ml.
  • Carry a soft copy or a hard copy of your ticket on the day of the experience.
