Bangalore Wine Trails and Yauatcha Bangalore presents Chef's Signature Pairing Series. Come over with your squad for an evening of fine wine and food combinations. This event is exclusively for BWT members, their families, and friends. Please register by 11:30 PM, 7th October 2019.

Appetizer

Three style mushroom cheung fun (V)

Encased in a soft rice noodle roll that is filled with earthy, umami-rich mushrooms and served alongside a signature sauce

OR

Crispy prawn cheung fun (NV)

A marriage of texture: silky, slippery rice noodles wrapped around crunchy succulent prawns. Drizzled with slightly seasoned warm soy sauce

(Contains black fungus mushroom)

Paired with Chandon, Brut sparkling wine (India) 

Main

Szechuan mabo tofu (V)

Signature stir-fry silken tofu tossed in mildly spicy sauce and garnished with spring onions, garlic and chillies. Served with vegetable fried rice with mushroom, sweetcorn and asparagus or vegetable Hakka noodles

OR

Sliced lamb in oyster sauce (NV)

Flavourful and dense stir-fry lamb prepared with fresh onions, bell pepper, mushroom and tossed in oyster sauce. Served with egg fried rice with long bean or spicy chicken Hakka noodles

Paired with Casamatta Rosso, Bibi Graetz red wine (Italy)  

Dessert

Raspberry and chocolate delice

A delicate rose shaped shaped dessert made with raspberry dark chocolate mousse, lychee insert, chocolate sponge, served with lychee ripple ice cream

Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse

A combination of two celebrated flavours. Perfectly smooth and light on the palate served alongside a delicately flavoured honeycomb ice cream
