Bangalore Wine Trails and Infinitea Kitchen & Tea Room presents Chef's Signature Pairing Series. Come over with your squad and enjoy the food and wine pairings that we've curated for you. This event is exclusively for BWT members, their family and friends. Please register by 11:30 PM, 13th February 2020.

Crispy croquettes of black and shiitake mushroom, parmesan with feta and cream cheese center; served on a bed of garlic mayo
Mexican Chicken Pops (NV)
Chicken wrapped around cheese, and jalapenos, crumbed with corn flakes; served with tomato salsa and sour cream
Paired with Sula, Brut Tropicale Methode Traditionnelle, sparkling wine (India)
Couscous and Tomato Sauce Vegetables (V)
Saffron couscous with raisins, served with fresh vegetables and tofu cooked in tomato concasse
Le Chicken Steak (NV)
Chicken paillard, egg battered, and grilled; served with grilled onion, potato mash, pepper sauce
Pork Chops (NV)
Heavenly chops with fat, grilled with BBQ sauce; served with potato mash and vegetables
Paired with Fratelli, Sangiovese, red wine (India)
Key Lime Raspberry Pistachio Pie
Key lime custard with raspberry jam, and pistachio crust
Paired with Sula, Late Harvest Chenin Blanc, dessert wine (India)
